    Technical support via phone, e-mail or remote-online (remote connection to the client's computer, after approval). Includes technical problem solving, application upgrade with new versions, advisory services and guidance on the parameterization anf proper use of the software.

    • Onsite Support

      Presence of qualified consultants at the customer premises, in order to solve complex issues, record special requirements and coordinate the operation of the installed applications.

      • On-demand Support

        Services of application customization based on specific customer requests, such as new functions or processes, creation of new forms (reports) or modification of existing ones, etc...

        • After Sales Support

          After the sale, a specialized sales representative contacts the customer to verify the smooth operation of the applications in compliance with his needs and expectations.
