The first national distinction for LOTify by OnLine Data

OnLine Data was awarded the Innovation Award at the 9th e-Government Forum for the groundbreaking platform LOTify. The E-Government Forum is the institutionally recognized e-Government congress, involving important executives of the public and private sector and is organized by Teamworks.

The award was given to OnLine Data’s Chairman, Nicholaos Rodopoulos, who stated, “The integration of digital transformation into the state administrative structure can change radically the way the public sector works so far, which by acquiring the appropriate tools can change, helping substantially in the state’s efficiency, reducing unnecessary costs and offering more efficient services to citizens. With this vision, we created the innovative platform LOTify and we are very proud that, in such a short time since its formal presentation, it has already begun to be distinguished within the greek territory. ”

OnLine Data LOTify is an innovative, easy-to-use platform that helps identify suspicious, illegally imported beverage lots in the greek territory. The LOTify platform was given free of charge by the Hellenic Association of Drinks Distributors (ENEAP) and the Greek Federation of Spirits Producers (S.E.A.O.P.) to the Ministry of Finance, for combating the smuggling of alcoholic beverages and is expected to be a major weapon in the hands of the control authorities of the country.

During the session “Basic Policies for the Implementation and Development of Integrated eGovernment Systems”, Maria Vlachogianni, Manager Business Analysis Dept. Online Data, presented the way of operation of the innovative LOTify platform, while OnLine Data’s Chairman Nicholas Rodopoulos participated in the last panel on “Strategies, Policies and Implementation of eGovernment Projects. Experiences and Transformation into Action ” and talked about the necessity of transforming state structures from introvert to extrovert systems that can operate speedily for the citizens’ benefit.
